Fitness is a necessary part of life. Before we can get on the soap package, remember that fitness is something that you can get into the habit of doing rendering it easy.

Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. Once you were three you were probably trained to clean your teeth. You learned to put your clothes on. Whenever you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Do you really worry about cleaning your tooth today? No, because it's a behavior. That's what we wish you to think about when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Granted, the first weeks of learning to be fit and staying healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You'll find excuses about not doing it. You'll declare that getting fit is merely too hard. You merely can't quit what you love. That's not true.
