Fitness is not something that you have to struggle with. While you were three you were probably trained to brush your tooth. You learned to place your clothes on. While you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think twice about. Can you worry about cleaning your teeth today? No, because it's a habit. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and staying healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not carrying it out. You'll claim that getting fit is merely too hard. You merely can't give up what you like. That's not true.
