Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. Once you were three you were probably taught to brush your teeth. You learned to place your clothes on. While you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Do you worry about cleaning your teeth today? No, because it's a behavior. That's what we wish you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and staying healthy will be the hardest. You'll dread it. You'll find excuses about not doing it. You'll declare that getting fit is just too hard. You merely can't quit what you like. That isn't true.
