For most, it is a matter of remaining healthy as long as possible. You observe, your body was created to work as a machine. When every part of the machine is cared for, the whole machine works the best which it can. When the device is neglected either in part or in the whole, then the machine won't run well and finally won't run whatsoever.
If a car, for example, is well managed for many years, it will carry on many years longer. If it isn't looked after, for example you do not change the oil in it, you slice many years off the life span of the automobile. That's costly to you, however when you understand this as your system, you are shaving away days and nights, weeks, and even years off. You will ever have when you do not take care of your machine (your system.)

Fitness is not at all something you need to struggle with. While you were three you were probably trained to clean your pearly whites. You learned to put your clothes on. Once you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think twice about. Would you worry about cleaning your tooth today? No, because it's a behavior. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.
It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of learning to be fit and remaining healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You'll find excuses about not carrying it out. You'll declare that getting fit is merely too hard. You merely can't give up what you like. That's not true.
