Fitness is not something you need to struggle with. Whenever you were three you were probably educated to brush your tooth. You learned to place your clothes on. When you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Do you really worry about brushing your teeth today? No, because from the habit. That's what we want you to think about when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy would be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not doing it. You'll claim that getting fit is merely too hard. You just can't give up what you like. That's not true.
