Fitness is not at all something that you have to struggle with. Whenever you were three you were probably taught to brush your tooth. You learned to put your clothes on. After you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you learned how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Can you worry about brushing your teeth today?
