If it is not taken care of, for example you don't change the oil in it, you lower several years off the life of the automobile. Fitness is not something you need to struggle with. Whenever you were three you were probably educated to brush your pearly whites. You learned to put your clothes on. If you were learning how to do them, you likely hated it. But, once you discovered how to do it, it became something that you didn't think about. Do you really worry about cleaning your pearly whites today? No, because it's a habit. That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just something that you do. Awarded, the first weeks of understanding how to be fit and remaining healthy will be the hardest. You'll dread it. You will discover excuses about not doing it. You'll declare that getting fit is merely too hard. You just can't give up what you like. That isn't true.
